IMPHAL, May 28: the JMIC Imphal West, Lamphelpat today remanded the main accused in Puspa Basnet case, Khumanthem Ingo, 24 son of Kh Apabi of Maharabi Maning Leikai to judicial custody until further orders.
The main accused was produced before the lower court by SDPO Sekmai Balaram, the Investigation Officer of the case.
Ingo was produced before the CJM court on May 20 and has been in police remand since then.
