IMPHAL, May 6: A midway road blockade will be imposed along Lamphel road—Lamphel Super Market to Thangmeiband Sinam Leikai via Lamphel Sana Keithel—tomorrow under the aegis of Thangmeiband and Lamphel area JAC to put pressure on the state government and demand development of the road stretch.
The JAC also threatened to launch various agitations, including total road block and violent protest if the government fails to fulfill the demand, according to a release.
