IMPHAL, May 19: A man was found dead at Yairipok Bishnunaha at around 2:30pm today.
The man has been identified as Akujam Loken, aged 35, son of A Thambal, resident of Salam Maning Leikai under Lamshang PS.
Local vendors who had seen the man loitering around the bazar area since this early morning told police that he fell down repeatedly as if suffering from epileptic seizures.

Police said, Loken is a labor working at Kasom Khullen and he was often seen at the liquor vendors at Yairipok Bazar.
Meanwhile, a 45-year-old man was mysteriously found dead inside a room at Tampha Hotel at North AOC in Imphal West, a police source said.
The deceased is identified as Thokchom Premananda, son of late Th Basant, a resident of Khangabok Khulakpam Laikai in Thoubal district.
Premananda was found dead inside room number 10 of Tamphal Hotel around 12:45 pm yesterday, the police said. He was an employee of Manipur State Lotteries.
His family said he was a habitual drinker. However, it was not exactly known how he died in the hotel.
No external injuries were found on his body, the source added.
