IMPHAL, May 25: An alleged KCP (MC) cadre was arrested yesterday evening from Puberen, Hattigoan, Guwahati by a combined team of Guwahati City police and 175 Bn CRPF, informed a credible source.
The cadre has been identified as K Roshan alias Rahul of Moreh.
