IMPHAL, May 13: The banned KYKL said L Ingba has taken over the charge of deputy finance secretary of the outfit displacing Nongthon Mangang.
The decision with regard to the election of Ingba as the outfit’s new deputy finance secretary was unanimously taken at a meeting of the party’s central committee, the outfit said in a release today.
