IMPHAL, May 10: Imphal West district police today claimed they have arrested one cadre of KCP (Nando) group at Heirangoithong Bridge. The arrested has been identified as Thingbaijam Chitaranjan alias Tangba alias Kamcha, 41, son of (L) Th Manigun of Heirangoithong Maibam Leikai, according to a statement from SP office, Imphal West.
