IMPHAL, May 31: Ngangom Jiten alias Abung, a PLA suspect who was arrested by personnel of 46 Assam Rifles from Kangvai Bazaar on May 29, have been handed over to Moirang Police Station.
Police said Jiten was handed over to Moirang Police Station last night around 5:20 pm along with one computer UPS which the AR team claimed to have seized from his possession besides branding him to be a top cadre of the proscribed PLA.
