IMPHAL, May 26: 22 Assam Rifles under the aegis of Red Shield Division launched operation on specific information about the presence of UNLF cadre in Chandrapur, Jiribam along with police representatives leading to the arrest of one UNLF cadre today. The cadre has been identified as self-style sergeant major L Priyokumar Singh alias Laishram Wakheiba son of late L Maniton Singh of Chandrapur, Jiribam under Imphal East district. He was later handed over to Jiribam Police Station.
