IMPHAL, May 11: Manipur Home Minister Gaikhangam assured the people of Tamenglong that, the office of the Superintendant of Police (SP) of Tamenglong would be restored to its full strength within 2 months time.
Minister Gaikhangam on his recent tour said, contruction of the SP office building will start in the said two months. He inspected the proposed sites for construction of the office along with engineers of the Manipur Police Housing Corporation and top ranking police and district officials.
The Home minister attended the recognition celebration of the Rongmei tribe in which MLAs and former MLAs of Tamenglong district attended.
