IMPHAL, May 11: The student union of DM College of Commerce has strongly condemned the alleged killing of Loitam Richard on Friday.
Urging that the culprits involved in the alleged killing of Richard should be punished to ensure deliverance of justice, the student union said in a release.
Saying that both the Manipur and Karnataka governments have dallied over the case, the union pledged to render support to every agitation launched over the death of Richard.
