IMPHAL, May 24: A training programme on Systematic Voter Electors Edn Part, SVEEP for employees of BLO Election office was held today at Jiribam ADC office conference hall under Election Commission of India, ECI. The speakers elaborated on the various grievances of the voters and the guidelines of the ECI regarding the Voter Lists.
