IMPHAL, June 14: AMSU Sugunu Branch under AMSU Thoubal District Committee was reformed during a meeting of the students of Sugunu area held yesterday at Sugunu Higher Secondary School.
The meeting was attended by Dipanjit Ningthoujam, secretary general, AMSU, Ningombam Bibirani, president, AMSU Thoubal District Committee, Julie Singlai, co-ordination & networking secy, AMSU, Sanatomba Maibam, advisor, AMSU Thoubal District Committee and Angou, organization secy, UPACO Manipur as the chief guest, president and guest of honours respectively.
After a thorough discussion at the meeting by the students present, took the decision to reformed AMSU Sugunu Branch and elected Puyam Manihar (Manipur College) as president, Puyam Ojitkumar (Kakching Khunou College) as vice president, Hamom Bikram (Kakching Khunou College) as secretay general and other six executives were also elected for the term 2012-13.
