IMPHAL, June 7: A felicitation programme cum distribution of Laishram Shyamjai Memorial Award distribution ceremony, 2012 of meritorious students was held at the Iram Siphai Community hall.
The function was organized by the Magenta Cultural Association, Iram Siphai, Imphal West.
The main highlights of the function was the distribution of awards to first divisioners of the locality in the recent class X and XII examination 2012 conducted by BSEM,CHSE and CBSE.
Education (S) Director W Rajen Singh, Additional Secretary (MAHUD/Rev), M Joy Singh and Pradhan Samushang Bitra Urokhok Gram Panchayat Laishram Krishnamani Singh attended the function as chief guest,president and guest of honour respectively.
