IMPHAL, June 14: Imphal West District Police Commandos have arrested an active member of KCP from his house yesterday at about 1 am namlely, Tongbram Shyamchand Singh alias Rajesh alias Ibomcha alias Nganba, 28, son of Tongbram Biren Singh of Langol Ningthu Leikai, stated a police release.
