IMPHAL, June 19: The All Tribal Disables’ Union Manipur has submitted a memorandum to theEducation Minister of the state “requesting to construct a building for special school with hostel facilities for the tribals physically challenged persons at any convenient place in the tribal districts of Manipur”.
