IMPHAL, June 3: Imphal West District police commandos have arrested an active member of KCP (Noyon) from Kanglapat in front of Adharsh Clinic yesterday at around 4:30 pm. The arrested person is identified as Pebam Somorendro alias Somen Sigh, 50, son of (L) P Nimai Singh of Mongsangei Makha Leikai. One mobile handset and a sum of Rs 20,000 were recovered and seized from his possession, stated a police release.
