IMPHAL, June 7: On behalf of the Red Shield Division, the Loktak Brigade hosted a grand ceremony at Kwakta in Bishnupur District to honour Md Ismat who has brought laurels to Manipur, his parents and his teachers by securing the first position in the CBSE Exam 2012.
Speaking on the occasion Brigadier Laove Verma, SM Commander Loktak Brigade conveyed the felicitations of the GOC Red Shield Division to Md Ismat. He also presented a Laptop to Md Ismat as recognition of his great feat.
