IMPHAL, June 23: A release of police has informed that Imphal West District Police Commandos under the supervision of Dy SP (CDO) Dr S Ibomcha Singh, MPS have arrested two active members of RPF/PLA from near the entrance of Southern Ema Keithel No 3 namely, Khagembam Manglem alias Sunny Singh, 35, son of Kh Shyamkumar Singh of Kumbi Thana Leikai and Kakchingtabam Ibechoubi Devi, 50, wife of (L) K Itocha Singh of Phaknung Makha Leikai. Two mobile handset along with a sum of Rs 6,800 were seized from their possession.
