IMPHAL, June 14: United People’s Party of Kangleipak, UPPK general secretary N Shanti has been arrested by an Indian security agency from Kathmandu, Nepal.
According to a reliable source, the militant leader identified as Ningthoujam Shanti alias Chinglemba alias Chingkhei son of Surendrakumar of Sagolband Wahengbam Leikai was recently arrested from Kathmandu in Nepal.
The agency also recovered three different foreign passports from the possession of the militant leader, the source added.
