IMPHAL, June 7: Two women who were seized along with 15 grams of Number 4 heroin were handed over to the Ukhrul Police station this morning at 8am by the WINO TANG Organization.
The two have been identified as Merinwon Horam, 47 wife of Thoiba Ramshang of Thoubal Bazar and PK Rhotah, 28 wife of PK Themreiwung of Yentem village, Ukhrul.
