IMPHAL, July 5: The self-styled lieutenant of banned outfit PREPAK (Pro), Wahengbam Nanao alias Sana alias Raghu alias Loya, 36, s/o Chaoba of Toubul who was arrested by a team of Delhi and Imphal East Police from Gandhi Vihar in Delhi on July 1 has been brought back to Imphal today.
It may be mentioned that the outfit PREPAK (Pro) has already clarified that Nanao is not a member of the outfit.
