IMPHAL, July 6: FORCE bowler Bode took the first hattrick of the MCA U-16 Cricket Tournament at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium today. But FORCE was lost to CRAU Khamnam Leirak by 27 runs.
CRAU won the toss and elected to bat first. CRAU handed 105 runs in 26.5/all out on the score board. Ronald scored 16 runs in 18 balls, Washington scored 14 runs in 12 balls and Jackson scored 8 runs in 17 balls.
FORCE bowler Azad and Munshir took three wickets each, Zakeer took two wickets, Akip and Nawaz took one wicket each.
In reply, FORCE bundle out 78 runs in 25.2 overs all out, as FORCE was not able to reach the target run; CRAU beat FORCE by 27 runs.
FORCE batsmen Zahid scored 19 runs in 38 balls, Wafijur scored 14 runs in 44 balls and Taslimudin scored 8 runs in 22 balls.
CRAU bowler Washington took four wickets and Bode took three wickets (First hattrick of the Tournament), while Joychandra, Premjit and Jackson took one wicket each.
