IMPHAL, July 26: A joint meeting of 16 civil society organizations convened today at Nongdam Community Hall resolved to trace the missing contractor of Maphou Dam Irungbam Irabanta by expanding the Joint Action Committee and serving an ultimatum to the Chief Minister.
The 16 civil organizations are COHR, HERICOUN, WASAK, Poirei Leimarol Apunba Meira Paibee Lup, NIPCO, AMKIL, Palem, UCM, IPSA, INYTC Itham, Thayong Development Committee, Nongdam Village Development Committee, Nongdam Meira Paibee Lup, Nongpok Heirok Development Committee, Laikoiching Development Committee and Women Society and Oksu Development Committee.
