IMPHAL, July 7: The state level debating competition organized by Democratic Students’ Allaince of Manipur (DESAM) will be held on July 11 at 9 am at the Manipur Dramatic Hall, Imphal, according to a Desam release.
The Release called upon all selected candidates of the local level and district level debating competition to report at MDU on or before 8 am of July 11.
