IMPHAL, July 13: Department of Rural Development &Panchayati Raj has notified that the draw of lots for the purpose of reservation of seats for scheduled tribes, scheduled castes and women in respect of seats of members of Zilla Parishads of Imphal West, Imphal East, Thoubal and Bishnupur will be held on July 16 at 11 am at the Panchayat Bhavan, Porompat.
