IMPHAL, July 17: Unidentified persons suspected to be underground elements fired several rounds at the residence of one Dr Noyon located at Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai. The incident happened at about 8.50 pm today. Noyon is RIMS employee and works in the Orthopedic Department.
