IMPHAL, July 11: Continuing on it`™s drive against illicit liquor, on July 11 around 5:45am, a team of Kangpokpi Police Station led by S.I. Henminthang Kipgen seized 293 litres of DIC liquor at T/Khullen from unauthorized possession of Akhri Angami, 20 son of Duoricha of Chichama, Nagaland at present staying at Kanglatonbi Bazar Board carried in an Alto car bearing regd no MN01K-5147.
The seized liquor was destroyed at Kangpokpi in presence of town committee, local youth and women, informed a Senapati SP statement.
