IMPHAL, July 12: Vice-president of Manipur People’s Party, H Manisana has withdrawn his statement on amendment of Manipur Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960 as an alternative arrangement for Inner Line Permit System stating that it was only his opinion and not a policy of the party.
