IMPHAL, July 29: The Th Birachandra Singh Football Academy, TBSFA, Taobungkhok has said in a press statement that Social Welfare and Cooperation Minister Ak Mirabai Devi had visited the academy this morning and provided rice, sugar, pulses, oils etc.
The statement further continued that the Minister also wished the TBSFA players success in the Imphal West 1st Division Football league tournament which will be starting from tomorrow.
The Minister alongwith the officials, players and other members of the team also maintained a two minute silence in prayer for the five state Olympians currently representing the country at the London Olympics.
