IMPHAL, July 20: The RPF/PLA, in a press statement issued by publicity chief Taohangsu Hairemcha, has clarified that Anoubam Manoranjan alias Risk, 29, son of A Debdash of Wabagai Bamon Leikai who was arrested by a combined team of Thoubal police commandos and 27 Assam Rifles on July 17 was dismissed from the PLA as a Sergeant on August 23, 2010 and he is now not related with the outfit anymore.
