IMPHAL, July 21: The Nupi Keithel Semgat-Sagatpa Lup has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister of the State today opposing the seat allocation of Shed No 7/8 of Nupi Keithel No 2 Imoinu Keithel by the Imphal Municipal Council.
The memorandum has urged the CM to punish the councillors who have allegedly assaulted the women vendors, with other five points of demand for the development and proper arrangement of the market.
