IMPHAL, July 10: The banned outfit PREPAK has informed that certain letterheads of the outfit signed by the outfit’s finance secretary which were recovered from one Saikhom Khogen alias Nganthoi alias Kiyamba, 22 son of S Kiran Singh was reportedly arrested on July 8, Sunday from Yorbung bazar.
A statement of the banned outfit has said that the letterheads carry Ref.Nos.8004/FS/PK/IE/2012, 0996/FS/PK/TH/2012, 0997/FS/PK/TH/2012, 0998/FS/PK/TH/2012 and 0999/FS/PK/TH/2012.
