IMPHAL, June 5: A mentally retarded woman was found roaming around at Lalambung Takhelambam Leikai by Healthy Women Society and she was later handed over to the Young Women Help Organization at Kongba Nongthongbam Leikai.
The woman identified herself as Thokchom Sumati, a residence of Singjamei Bhaigyabati Leikai.
As it cannot be confirmed weather she was telling the truth or not, she was handed over to the Young Women Help Organization. She is 5/2// in height, around 47 years of age, medium complexion.
