IMPHAL, August 21: The District Magistrate, Thoubal district, K Radhakumar Singh has today issued a prohibitory order restricting the movement and assembly of five of more person in Thoubal district with effect from 12:00 noon today, 21 August 2012.
The order will be in effect again from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am from 22 August 2012, an official statement stated today.
However, restrictions will be relaxed for personnel working for law enforcement and other essential services and any procession for marriage or other religious purposes may be had with prior permission from the authority, the statement further added.
