IMPHAL, Aug 20: Two KCP cadres were apprehended by a combined team of Thoubal police commandos and 15 AR from Moijing Leingoijin, Thoubal at around 8.30 pm yesterday.
The cadres are identified as Md Kadir,25, s/o Ibomcha Khan and Md Impiyaz Khan,21,s/o Achou, they are residents of Hiyangthang Pallak. A carbine with two rounds was seized from Kadir, and a demand letter from Impiyaz.
