IMPHAL, Aug 18: “The BJP, Manipur Pradesh has strongly condemned the act of some unknown anti-national forces which threatened the North Eastern people to leave cities like Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad”, said a statement of the party.
The issue is already under discussion of state party president Sh Shantikumar Sharma and party national president Nitin Gadkari and Karnataka CM Jadagish Shettar, it said.
It has said that the national leaders have assured that the BJP ruled states will take measures to protect the NE students and people in their states.
Meanwhile, the party has also wished the “minority communities especially the Muslim community for the coming Id-ul-fitr”.
