IMPHAL, Aug 9: A pedestrian was mowed down by a person driving CBZ (AS-14D/8345) near the 2nd MR gate last night at around 8.10 pm, police said.
The victim has been identified as one Aheibam Ibomcha Singh, aged 41, s/o Late Ningthemjao, Ithai Khunou IB Road.
Ibomcha succumbed to his injuries at Raj Polyclinic, North AOC at 11.45 pm. The body was handed over to family members after post mortem.
