IMPHAL August 17: The Communist Party of India, Manipur State Council has condemned the attacks on the students and working professional of North East States. The party has also submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister of Karnataka drawing attention towards the mass flee by the working people and students of Assam, Manipur and other North Eastern states.
