IMPHAL, August 9: Dr Engam Panme IIS has taken over as the new Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity (DFP), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India (Nagaland and Manipur) today. Dr Panme, a 1994 batch of the Indian Information Service also currently holds the charge as Director of DFP for Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura Region, in Shillong.
