IMPHAL, Aug 17: Manipur Alliance for Child Rights (MACR), Centre for Social Development (CSD) and the Manipur People’s Party, in separate releases, have strongly condemned the alleged brutal killing of a five-year-old girl namely Maibam Miranda Devi, 5, d/o Maibam Joykumar Singh and Mala Devi of Wabagai Tentha Thambal Chingya. Further, urged the concerned authority to bring justice for the guilt.
