IMPHAL, August 18: MLA L Ibomcha, president of the Manipur State NCP Unit has written a personal letter to the Union Home Minister of India, Sushil Kumar Sindhe and Home Minister of Maharashtra, RR Patil urging them to take appropriate measures to punish the guilty criminals involved in the case of attacking North East Students at various metropolitan cities and ensure the North East Students, particularly students of Manipur that they are properly taken care of, so that such unfortunate incident doesn’t recur again in the future.
