IMPHAL, August 7: The executive body of National Identity Protection Committee (NIPCO) expressed deep shock and condoled the sudden demise of its secretary finance, Laishangbam Ibohalbi of Singjamei Oinam Thingel on August 6. A two-minute silence was observed to mark the departed soul by the NIPCO members.
