IMPHAL, August 4: Imphal West district police has appealed to the general public not to use tinted glasses on all vehicles as it is violative of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Central Motor Vehicles Rule, 1989. Further the Apex Court also prohibited use of tinted safety glasses, windscreen (Front and rear) and side glasses of all vehicles. It has also requested to co-operate with the district police.
