IMPHAL, August 24: International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) is organizing a one-day seminar on “Hills Matters…an indifferent perspective” at Banquet Hall, Hotel Imphal on August 26. The seminar is being organized to jointly sort out the problems face by the hill and valley people of the state. Individuals who are willing to take part in the seminar are informed to report at the venue of the seminar at 8 am for registration.
