IMPHAL, Aug 11: Decks have been cleared for appointment of Primary Teachers selected by the state government as the stay order of the government was vacated by the Gauhati High Court on Thursday.
In an order issued by Justice T Vaiphei and Justice T Nandakumar Singh, the stay orders issued by the court on 30 March 2012 and 2 April 2012 were vacated.
Rarry Mangsatabam appeared for the applicants, while senior advocate HNK appeared on behalf of the respondents.
It may be recalled her that, the case regarding the select list of the Upper Primary Teacher is pending before the Gauhati High Court.
