IMPHAL, September 26: The UG cadre shot dead by a combined force of Imphal West Commandos and 18 Sikh regiment at Changangei has been identified as Tongbram Sana, 26, s/o late Rashi of Lalambung Makhong Ngasepam Leikai.
Family members said that he was involved with an UG outfit and had been detained under NSA for two years earlier.
