IMPHAL, Sept 4: The result of the First district level essay competition on “Global Warming” organised by The Zeliangrong Students` Union Manipur, ZSUM conducted earlier on 25 August announced today. The winners includes Phenriliangbou of Hamai English High school from Tamei, John Phunganlung Golmei of Don Bosco Tamenglong and Wiluniliu also of Hamai English high school secured the first, second and third position respectively.
Cash awards along with merit certificates were handed over to the winners. In a press statement, education secretary, ZSUM, Alunbou Newmai lauded and extended their gratitude to Dr Thuanchiliu Dangmei for her contributions and all the students for their enthusiasm and further encouraged them to labour hard and bring laurels and glory to their community.
