IMPHAL, Sept 3: The Federation of All Tribal Youth Clubs, Manipur has submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister and Minister of Tribal Affairs and Hills demanding to streamline the existing practice and mode of posting, appointment and administration in the department of Directorate of Tribal Affairs & Hill (Tribal Affairs Division) and appoint a separate and independent ‘Commissioner’ for the directorate at the earliest.
