IMPHAL, September 8: Locals today recovered an Improvise Explosive Device from near the residence of the Kadangband Gram Panchayat Pradhan candidate E Premkumar at Kadangband Part II under Lamsang PS at around 7am.
According to source, the explosive was safely diffused by a police bomb team at a nearby safe area around 8:30am.
