IPSA celebrates foundation day

    IMPHAL, September 14: International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) celebrated its 15th foundation day with the children of Yaibilen children home, Keibi Sanapat and Kanglatongbi children home, Kanglatongbi in Imphal East district at their respectively homes separately.   

    IPSA donated four bags of rice and one bag of pulses for each homes.

    Speaking at the occasion, Johnson Elangbam, president of IPSA, said that IPSA was founded in September 14 in the year 1997 and has been taking great role in social issues of the state since its inception. 

    He further said that they were planning to release a book titled “Identification of State Flag of the Ancient Kingdom of Kangleipak,” but as they could not complete it on time, it will be release soon within one or two months. 

    The homes authority thanked them for their donation.
